New Season for Breathing

So after reading previous blogs and taking my sister's advice, I've decided to take a happier approach to the daily's events in my life.

Life is too short and in the past 8 months, I've realized how nothing gets accomplished with stress and negativity.

This week has been a better one. With all that has been going on in my life, I've decided to go back to the gym and lose these 10 pounds that follow me everywhere I go. Amazing how going to the gym for two days have livened my soul and given me optimism.
I've also decided to meditate and pray more. Taking deeper breaths and living for the moment.
School has been going great so far. Like any other science class, microbio is tough but i got it.
On another note, I am also considering becoming a vegetarian again...or at least doing it the right way. I wanna see if what the vegetarians say is true about losing weight and becoming more in-tune with myself.


While some things may take time to accomplish, along with some serious dedication, I'll just keep at it. After all, I have a lot to be thankful for: my family, my man, my goddaughter, and being alive to experience it all.
